The sector of the interim crosses one period of
stagnation but all is still allowed! The 35 hours and
flexibility are as many changes in the company which open prospects. |

| With more than 5 000 referred agencies and 930
companies, France rises in the third place of the world market of the
interim. Very related to the economic situation, the sector
records a fall of activity since the summer 2001 and pains to set out
again with the rise. After growth rates records of 20 % a few
years ago, the market hardly progressed of more than 1 % in 2001.
Industry, the tertiary sector and the BTP make the essence of
the customers of the agencies, which are subjected to strong of their
activity. Even if Adecco, Manpower and Vedior (a) share 67 % of
the market, the needs are numerous. Any remainder allowed, if
one answers true waiting! Two profiles of agency seem carrying:
general practitioner of regional or local scale by targeting the
under-equipped departments (Doubs, the Tarn-and-Garonne, the Vendée);
that is to say specialized in a definite sector. The
multiplication of the missions entrusted to the executives illustrates
the phenomenon.

| Legislative provisions govern the profession. The
rule of exclusiveness (article L. 124-1 the Fair labor standards
act) has that it is interdict to mix within the same company the
temporary activity of work and other activities. Before the
opening of an agency, the head of undertaking must subscribe a
financial guarantee (intended to cover the payment of the wages in the
event of failure) whose amount is fixed each year per decree (87 000
euros in 2001). It can be obtained from a bank, of an
organization of insurances, Socamett (Company of mutual guarantee of
the companies of temporary work, Tel.: 01 55 30 09 00.) or
of Ascobatt (Tel.: 01 42 81 08 48). It is also imperative
to carry out a preliminary declaration at the DDETFP (departmental
direction of work, employment and the vocational training). The
large one of work in this sector being devoted to the knowledge of the
customers and the prospection, it is good to have commercial fibre and
an acute direction of the human relations. |

| To create your company, a minimal investment of 120 000
euros is essential. The installation of the buildings,
the purchase of the office equipment, the data-processing equipment
and the software of management are at this price! The question
of the working capital revêt a cardinal importance. The
companies customer regulate to 30, 60, even at 90 days their suppliers
whereas, during this time, the usual loads of the company run.
It is thus necessary to have an important treasury. On the
financial level, the temporary company of work freely subjects its
price to the company user. This price invariably integrates the
remuneration of temporary, its allowances of paid-leaves and end of
mission, the loads employers', the expenses of recruitment and
